I own product strategy and write the code for the product.

I started in product consulting at TCS and IQVIA, then Infosys, learning how large organisations actually ship software and where it breaks. At Infosys the work changed shape: I ran a 0 to 1 enterprise data hub and a £300K modernisation for a Fortune 50 client. That was the move from advising on product to being accountable for it.

An MBA at UCD Smurfit sharpened the commercial side: P&L, pricing, strategy. At KPMG I led product on GSK's Development Data Fabric, where the job was as much regulatory strategy as product. Protecting roughly £35M in exposure taught me to treat constraints as product inputs, not obstacles, and to run discovery at scale when the stakes are high.

At Qinecsa the two threads came together. I scaled a flagship AI SaaS platform from 1 to 10, launched four AI products, led a turnaround that took first-time completion from 60% to 94%, and started building AI agents myself with Claude Code.

That last part changed how I work. Once you can build it yourself, product decisions get faster and sharper. So I kept going and shipped VC Intelligence and Cassette.ai solo. Now I want a role where 0 to 1 AI product work is the job, not a side quest: a real surface to own, OKR-level autonomy, and an AI-first culture.
